Fees and PaymentsPayment will be made in accordance with the agreed term 14 days from the date job of completed and all necessary documents and certificates have been submitted. Job rates may be amended from time to time based on the the market situation. Work rates will be calculated and paid in accordance with the following schedule: 1.1 Solar Installers Rates (Sch 1) 1.2 Battery Installers Rates (Sch 2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS(Required)Installers Obligations as part of this agreement 1) The Installer warrants that he/she (*where appropriate): a) Is registered for the Solar Vic Program as an Installer. b) Meets the mandatory eligibility criteria for Installers as specified from time to time by Solar Vic c) Hold all necessary licenses and accreditations as required by law. d) Ensures safe work methods and fall prevention measures are in place as per Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (Vic); and otherwise ensures all other applicable occupational health and safety laws and requirements are complied with, e) The Installer may be subject to monitoring, assurance and audit activities by Solar Victoria or its representatives. f) The Installer agrees to be bound by, and comply with, the Terms set out by Solar Vic/ESC/ESV/VBA/ACL or any relevant Government authorities. g) The workmanship warranty must be provided for 5 years as per the requirement. 2) The Installer must conduct all of the Installer’s dealings with Jim’s Energy and Customers honestly and in accordance with all applicable laws and best industry practice. 3) The Installer must provide Jim’s Energy with all reasonable cooperation required in connection with Customer complaints. 4) The Installer warrants to Jim’s Energy that each System will be installed in accordance with its system design requirements and instructions. If any Eligible System is installed in breach of this warranty, Jim’s Energy may refuse to pay or recover from the Installer any cost incurred to rectify. 5) The Installer must download the Solar Victoria Application and use the application to scan the Customer QR code onsite at the Property at the commencement of the installation of the Eligible System. Jim’s Energy Mickleham Obligations As part of this Agreement 1) Must deal fairly and honestly with installers, customers, and Solar Victoria, adhering to applicable laws and best industry practice. 2) Only appoint installers who meet Solar Victoria’s eligibility criteria for undertaking installations. 3) Confirm in writing to the customer that the installed system is complete, functional, and installed according to design. 4) Obtain pre-approval from the Distributed Network Service Provider (DNSP) and inform the customer of any energy export limits. 5) Provide an internal complaint-handling procedure for consumers. 6) Cooperate with financial and integrity checks and provide information to Solar Victoria to confirm suitability. 7) Pay in a timely and efficient manner as soon as the work is completed.
