Introduced under the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) Act in 2007, the scheme of the same name is still operational today. It is a government scheme that is designed to encourage the widespread adoption of water and energy-saving devices in homes and businesses across Victoria. Through the creation and trading of energy efficiency certificates, money is made available for rebates that, in many cases, enable commercial and domestic adopters in Victoria to have LED lighting and other energy-efficient products installed completely free of charge. However, the exact amount you receive will depend on the company you choose to handle the supply and installation of your lighting and other devices.

As a Accredited Provider of VEU Program approved lighting products, we are able to supply and install all the LED lights you may require for your home or business in Victoria. The actual installation work is performed by our team of qualified A-Grade Electricians.

There are no hidden charges for having your lighting upgraded by GTA in Victoria. Assuming that standard LED lamps are sufficient for your needs, we can supply and install everything at no cost to you. All the lighting products are approved under the VEU Program and come with a full warranty.

If you live in Victoria or you run a business located in Victoria and you have not previously had energy-efficient lighting installed under the VEU program, and the lighting you currently have is not energy efficient by design, you should be eligible. Businesses, homeowners and those living in rental properties are all eligible to apply and even if you have had energy-efficient products installed under the VEU program at another address and have since moved, you can apply again.
